Join us for Pop-Up Art Stop, hosted by Linkage Community, on June 27, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Open Book Theatre, 1621 West Rd, Trenton, MI 48183, United States. This free, all-ages community event transforms the theater into a vibrant gathering space featuring visual art, live music, poetry, author readings, book signings, and hands-on creative activities. Visitors can browse and purchase original artwork directly from artists, listen to live performances throughout the day, create their own prints, decorate rubber ducks, enjoy snacks, and connect with a diverse community of creators.

Linkage Community is a statewide network of more than 200 Michigan artists whose members include painters, musicians, authors, poets, woodworkers, cooks, and other creatives connected through both their artistic practice and lived experience of incarceration. The Pop-Up Art Stop offers a unique opportunity to experience their work, hear their stories, and celebrate creativity, resilience, and community. Stop by for an hour or stay all day—admission is free, all are welcome, and no registration is required.
