The Community Event Space 

This 1,300 square foot space can accommodate many types of events, from film screenings to dance classes, small conferences, trainings, art exhibitions, and more.  

• It is equipped with a kitchenette, dancefloor, projector, round tables, chairs, and built-in sound system.  

• Room rental includes use of adjacent childcare room, 350 square foot flex room for break-out space, and outdoor patio area.  

• Capacity: 50 - 90 depending on setup.

The Lounge 

This 850 square foot space can be used separately or in conjunction with the Community Event Space.  It is ideal for smaller social events such as happy hours and receptions. 

• It is equipped with a built-in sound system, soft seating, small rectangular tables, and chairs.

• Capacity: 20 - 40 depending on setup.

Meeting Room 302 

This medium-sized room is ideal for meetings where everyone doesn’t need to be on their laptops.  

• It is equipped with a video conferencing system that makes hybrid virtual-in-person participation easy.  

• Capacity 8-10.

Meeting Room 309 

This room is slightly larger than Room 302 with a more traditional board room-style setup, ideal for meetings where people need to be on their laptops.  

• It is equipped with a video conferencing system that makes hybrid virtual-in-person participation easy.  

• Capacity 10-12.
